AUTOMATED 12” x 24” BRASS BARREL PLATING SYSTEM

•(2) cantilevered hoists, 300# lift capacity w/ stainless arm, chain lift and E-track

•Special fixtures enabling removal and servicing of loaded anode bars @300# each

•Servo-encoder positioning systems

•Floor-mounted steel cantilevered structure approximately 84' long x 13’ wide x 11’ tall

•Allen Bradley PLC control system

•System can produce up to (10) loads per hour depending on brass dwell time

•Nine (9) stations of brass plate with individual cell rectification

•(28) stations overall

•Tanks 33” long x 30” deep

•All tanks made of 1” thick, fusion welded polypro w/ external girth bands

•Counterflow rinsing, w/ water adjustable, control by HMI w/ Dwyer flow meters

•Push-pull exhaust system with (2) fume scrubbers, one for cyanide, one for acid fumes

•Electric immersion heaters w/ liquid level safety controllers, 2-4 hour heat-up

•All electrified tanks furnished w/ 1” solid copper anode rods

•Electrified stations bussed for 100 amps DC

•Electrocleaner includes steel anodes, and brass tanks include anode baskets

•100 amp/12 volt air cooled modular switch mode, computer controlled rectifiers for electrocleaner 

•100 amp/12 volt air cooled modular switch mode computer controlled rectifiers for (9) brass stations

•(15) 12” diameter x 24” long motor-driven plating barrels, plastisol coated structures and auto hoist pick-ups

•(2) Mefiag horizontal disc filter systems, model # 2500, one for each brass plating tank

•(3) 12” x 12” deep electrically heated Disco centrifugal dryers and (6) polypro baskets

• Rite-temp chiller for the brass solution

•System is fully pre-packaged with all electrical wiring, plumbing provided as required
