•    Overall space appro 118’ long, 36’ wide and 12’ tall

Load-Unload System
•    Floor mounted load/unload shuttle system with limit switches fto properly position shuttle at 
     each station (load, unload and cover removal). 
•    Shuttle cart with single speed SEW Eurodrive transfer unit and single speed barrel rotation unit. 
•    Operator control panel located near load equipment for control of line and loading equipment
•    Floor mounted tote box dumper for loading individual parts into the loading bin. 
•    Intermediate load bin with extension to meter parts into load chute
•    Load chute includes scale to allow weighing and measuring of parts, then loading into barrel.

Centrigual Dryers
•    4 Desco 7.5 HP spin dryers, model 2420, incorporated into shuttle system. 
•    Easy access from barrel unload to each spin dryer with monorail hoist. 
•    Dryer basket size 24” diameter by 20” tall designed for 500 pound loads. 

Tank Line
•    19 tanks
•    12 stations of zinc plate
•    Space for 3 different chromate finishes
•    3 stations of soak clean
•    2 stations of electro clean
•    2 stations for acid dip 

Exhaust System
•   PVC hoods and duct. 
•   Exhaust fan mounted on top of  hoist superstructure.
